Windows Toolbars
From Sigma Design Wiki
ARRIS 9.3 introduces the use of Windows Toolbars to make it easier to select common functions. For new users, who are more familiar with standard windows concepts - such as Windows Menubars and Toolbars, the new toolbars make it easier to use ARRIS.
Note:You will be able to turn off the Windows Toolbars. This is not available in the first Beta Release of ARRIS 9.3.'
