plotting problem w/417

After updating Arris to version 9.4 spin 417 running Windows XP (sp3) we are noticing problems with text in our drawings plotting incorrectly.
In plot previews as well as actual plots, text is becoming “mis-justified” or moved it appears. So text inside keynotes is showing up outside of the symbol (to the left consistently). The same happens with dimension text, and notes with leaders. The text items appear properly on screen, and also in PDF plots. We have tried regenerating display lists, packing data in files, and placing viewports in new sheets. The problem has been recreated consistently. Are there any solutions to correct this issue available?

Is there any chance you could send me a sample database so I could reproduce this?

The database is too large. Jim has solved the problem. Once we went in and changed the true type font in the keynotes to HLC font, the plot came out fine.
