ARRIS 9.4 spin 410 is now available for download on our web site at www.sigmadesign.com. Click on Support at the top of the home page, and then Product Downloads on the Support page. ARRIS 9.4 Spin 410 is at the top of the Downloads page.

This spin enhances the Pattern placement commands to place patterns in such a way as to greatly reduce the possibility of placement and marker errors. The Pattern placement commands now define boundaries and highlight them in white similar to the Pattern Geometry Edit commands until the pattern is completely defined. Once the one or more pattern boundaries are completely defined and the Pattern Fill command is given, all pattern boundary lines and the pattern are placed in the database all at once.

A "2D Polyline" button has been added to the Patterns Application Sub-Menu under the Place heading allowing you to define a new Pattern boundary by selecting an existing Polyline in the database.

A new Pattern Repair function has also been added which repairs existing patterns that may have marker or display problems.

Other fixes include:

Fixed a problem where .pdf files from multiple drawings were not being created properly.

Fixed a problem in selecting a color from a menu with ARRIS++ loaded.

Fixed a problem in the Layer Manager where the Layer Work and Layer Rename functions were not stable after changing the name of a layer.

Fixed a problem where ARRIS was redisplaying the screen several times when you changed the size of the ARRIS screen window.

The complete list of fixes and enhancements may be found in the Update Notes which may be viewed and/or downloaded from the Downloads page.
